Abstract: Amyopathic dermatomyositis is a rare form of dermatomyositis characterized by cutaneous lesions without clinical, biological, or histological muscular involvement. Pulmonary complications associated with this condition are diffuse interstitial lung disease (ILD), pneumomediastinum, and spontaneous pneumothorax.
