Rapidly progressive, large nascent cervical myoma with intrauterine device – case report and review of literature

Abstract: This report presents the case of a 38-year-old woman with an uncomplicated intrauterine device in the uterine cavity diagnosed with a rapidly progressing, nascent myoma of cervical origin, finally managed by abdominal hysterectomy.
