Rare Cervical Spine Neuroenteric Idem Cyst With Intramedullary Extension

Abstract: 56-year-old man presented to us with progressive weakness of upper and lower limbs. He had gradually progressive neurological deterioration in the form of quadriparesis. MRI was suggestive of cervical cord SOL. The clinical, radiological, and surgical findings are discussed together with a brief critical review of the literature. The patient had no other associated anomalies. The intradural extramedullary component of cyst was removed totally with debulking of intramedullary part with good neurological recover… Show more

“…57 Increasing the adsorbent's dose to some levels will no longer increase adsorption capacity due to the overlapping of adsorption sites and/or adsorbent aggregation. 57,197 Ball-milled iron-loaded wheat straw biochar (BMBC700) removed 99% of tetracycline from aqueous solution within 12 h. 6 Its adsorption isotherm best fits the Langmuir model, with an adsorption capacity of 268.3 mg/g. 6 Tetracycline sorption was postulated to adhere to the sorbent through H-bonding, electrostatic attractions, and π−π interactions.…”

“…The scattering matrix (S-matrix) model efficiently simulates the reflectance spectra for SPhP modes in the trenches. It is based on a set of normalized S-matrices, accounting for the propagation constant and impedance of the waves inside the structure and in free space. , The trench is considered a short transmission line and a fully reflective ( M = ( 1 infix− 1 infix− 1 1 ) ) base, as shown in Figure a. The overall S-matrix and reflectance of this short section is given by , S = ( true T 11 T 12 T 21 T 22 ) = M × ( true cos true( i β h true) z 2 + z 0 2 2 z z 0 sinh true( i β h true) z 2 z 0 2 2 z z 0 sinh true( i β h true) z 2 z 0 2 2 z z 0 sinh true( i β h …”
