Abstract:Key Clinical MessageOsteochondromas (OCs) are developmental anomalies that originate from the periosteum and typically form during enchondral ossification near the joints. Retro‐patellar OC caused by exostosis forms in various intracapsular, intra‐tendon, and joint‐adjacent positions within the knee joint.
