Abstract:Laser metal deposition (LMD) is an advanced manufacturing technology which has become increasingly popular in recent years. The cyclic tests of 304 austenitic stainless steel (SS304) manufactured by LMD are conducted under symmetrical and asymmetrical cyclic stress.
