Abstract:Addressing the demand for efficient biological degradation of straw, this study employed rational design coupled with structural biology and enzyme engineering techniques to enhance the catalytic activity of cellobiose dehydrogenase (PsCDH, CDH form Pycnoporus sanguineus).
