Rationally designed Gla-domainless FXa as TFPI bait in hemophilia

Abstract: Gla-domainless factor Xa (GD-FXa) was proposed as a trap to the endogenous anticoagulant Tissue Factor Pathway Inhibitor (TFPI) to restore thrombin generation in hemophilia.
