Re-patronization at hospital healthy cafeterias: what does it take for the occurrence?

Abstract: Purpose The purpose of this paper is to confirm the inter-relationship between healthy cafeteria attributes, perceived value, eating behaviour, satisfaction and post-purchase behaviour in the hospital setting.
