Abstract:We compared the recent obstetric outcomes of women aged 40 and over as advanced maternal age (AMA) to those with AMA more than 10 years ago.
MethodsThis was a retrospective study of primiparous singleton pregnancies who delivered at ≥22 weeks of gestation managed at Japanese Red Cross Katsushika Maternity Hospital between 2003-2007 and 2013-2017.
