Reciprocity and Liability Protections during the Covid‐19 Pandemic

Abstract: During the Covid‐19 pandemic, as resources dwindled, clinicians, health care institutions, and policymakers have expressed concern about potential legal liability for following crisis standards of care (CSC) plans.
