Recognizing Ethyl Chloride Neurotoxicity: Inhalant Abuse Hidden in Plain Sight

Abstract: Ethyl chloride is a common topical anesthetic. However, when abused as an inhalant, effects can range from headaches and dizziness to debilitating neurotoxicity requiring intubation.
