Recombinant human G-CSF increases invasiveness of breast cancer cells.

Abstract: #4057 Background: Recombinant human granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (rhG-CSF) is commonly given to breast cancer patients to prevent neutropenia during chemotherapy. It binds to the G-CSF receptor (G-CSFR) on neutrophil precursors, promoting their proliferation within the bone marrow.
