Recurrent bile duct stones after transduodenal sphincteroplasty

Abstract: Recurrent stone formation is rare after an adequate TDS and probably reflects retained food debris within the CBD. Initial treatment may be endoscopic, but biliary diversion is needed for those with recurrent symptoms.
