“…Except for choriocarcinoma, carcinoma of the uterine cervix is the commonest gynecologic cancer found in pregnancy; of nongynecologic cancers, adenocarcino ma of the breast is the most common type [5], To our knowledge this is the 14th case of endometrial carcinoma coexisting with pregnancy reported in the literature. Carinelli et al [6] reported and reviewed 11 cases, and 2 other cases were reported from the former Soviet Union and Nigeria [7,8]. Except for obesity, other constitutional fac tors associated with endometrial carcinoma, such as hy pertension and diabetes mellitus, have not been reported.…”
