Recurrent FOSL1 rearrangements in desmoplastic fibroblastoma

Abstract: The FOS gene family has been implicated in tumourigenesis across several tumour types, particularly mesenchymal tumours. The rare fibrous tumour desmoplastic fibroblastoma is characterised by overexpression of FOSL1.
