Abstract: BACKGROUND: Persistent postural-perceptual dizziness (PPPD) is the most common functional vestibular disorder which is maintained by an interaction of psychological and physiological factors. PPPD patients develop inappropriate postural control strategies characterized by increased self-motion perception.
