Reducing effect of multigrounded PEN conductor on the transfer of electric potentials in low‐voltage distribution networks

Abstract: SUMMARYThe mechanism governing the formation of the electric potential of the PEN conductor (fault voltage) in TN-system is discussed. The occurrence of this potential is a threat to the customers, especially in rural areas, where automatic disconnection of supply can not always be executed within the time required.
