Reduction of Blocking Probability in Restricted Shared Protected Optical Network using Alternate Path Routing and Wavelength Converter Placement

In this paper, we have proposed a restricted shared protection scheme in wavelength convertible optical network. In our proposed approach, we have included both alternate path routing and partial placement of wavelength converter for reduction of blocking probability.
