Reflections from a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) group in a Recovery College setting: Working across primary and secondary care

Abstract: The article describes an innovative and flexible approach to running a mindfulness group, open to primary and secondary care services. The group was run by a clinical psychologist and a trainee clinical psychologist, reflections on the process and outcomes are provided.
