Abstract:This article describes the design methodology to achieve reflective diode-based parametric frequency selective limiters (pF SLs) with low power thresholds (P th ) and sub-dB insertion-loss values (IL s.s ) for driving power levels (Pin) lower than P th . In addition, we present the measured performance of a reflective pF SL designed through the discussed methodology and assembled on a FR-4 printed circuit board (PCB). Thanks to its optimally engineered dynamics, the built pF SL can operate around ∼2.1 GHz whil… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
