Refractory periocular amblyogenic hemangiomas in childhood: Is there a role for embolization?

Abstract: Objectives: The aim of the study was to evaluate the role of transarterial embolization (TAE) as a therapeutic modality for potentially amblyogenic periocular infantile hemangiomas (POIH) resistant to medical treatment.
