Ideally, a sustainable city creates a sustainable lifestyle in four areas: ecology, economics, politics and culture. The relationship between lifestyle and health is most fully expressed in the concept of "healthy lifestyle" -it is a prerequisite for the development of various aspects of human life, the achievement of active longevity and the full performance of social functions. The integrated development of facilities that form the social infrastructure of the city, their accessibility and effective functioning play an important role in improving the level and quality of life of the population. This is very important for Krasnodar as one of the fastest growing cities with a million-plus population. The working-age population is 58.7%, it is distributed in four intra-city districts extremely unevenly, more than 8% of the population lives in rural settlements that are part of the Krasnodar municipality. The rapid growth of the city's population, on the one hand, creates an increased burden on the social infrastructure, and on the other hand, it is the key to the successful socioeconomic development of the city. Krasnodar belongs to the category "City with a favorable urban environment". However, there remains an urgent need for preschool and secondary education organizations, as well as medical organizations. One of the ways to solve these problems is Krasnodar's entry into the Healthy Cities network. Urban health initiatives, developed under the auspices of WHO, are driving change to create urban health and urban environments that will help improve the health and well-being of people.

As globalization affects national development, it correlates with an increased demand for women's active role in the economic sector. These dual roles, as professionals and as mothers or wives, create dilemmas in the family context. This study aims to conduct an in-depth analysis of the role of career women in parenting patterns. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation and interviews and analyzed using triangulation methods. This research comparatively explores the social situation between family and society. The results showed that career women can guarantee a better future for their children through better access to education. However, there are shortcomings in aspects of children's character development, particularly in communication skills and openness to information. Career women also tend to rely on childcare services. In contrast, women who are housewives are not always able to be closely involved with their children. Especially for women who are not mentally ready for marriage, they tend to be less productive. Abstrak Globalisasi mempengaruhi pembangunan nasional yang berkorelasi dengan peningkatan tuntutan peran aktif perempuan dalam aspek ekonomi. Peran ganda ini, sebagai profesional dan sebagai ibu atau istri, menciptakan dilema dalam konteks keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis mendalam tentang peran wanita karir dalam pola pengasuhan anak. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara dan dianalisis menggunakan metode triangulasi. Penelitian ini secara komparatif mengeksplorasi situasi sosial antara keluarga dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wanita karir dapat memberikan jaminan masa depan yang lebih baik untuk anak-anak mereka melalui akses pendidikan yang lebih baik. Namun, terdapat kekurangan dalam aspek perkembangan karakter anak, khususnya dalam keterampilan berkomunikasi dan keterbukaan terhadap informasi. Wanita karir juga cenderung mengandalkan layanan penitipan anak. Sebaliknya, wanita yang berstatus sebagai ibu rumah tangga tidak selalu dapat terlibat erat dengan anak-anak mereka. Terutama bagi perempuan yang mentalnya belum siap untuk menikah, mereka cenderung menjadi kurang produktif.

The economy of education is understood as a financial transaction and a social investment with broad and sustainable effects (development of national civilization). This research aims to provide a brief overview of the development of the economy of education, highlight relevant literature, and discuss the problems and opportunities it offers. This research aims to identify critical factors in BiH's education economy that influence the country's educational development and economic growth. This research is qualitative and uses benchmarking. The research results explain the identification of several crucial factors in the economic pillars of education, i.e., government policy, the level of educators' welfare, education and training, information and communication technology (ICT), and research and development. Based on these findings, this research constructs measures and strategies to improve the development of the educational knowledge economy in Bosnia and Herzegovina. In addition to strategic policy factors, analyzing factors influencing the economic effectiveness of education in Bosnia and Herzegovina identified important elements such as fantastic location, cost-efficient education, internationally recognized education, and several interesting and contemporary study program options. The synergy between components in the education system results in educational excellence in quality and accessibility. A comprehensive and diverse education system prepares students for successful careers. An inclusive and multilingual environment encourages diversity and professional skills.
