Purpose This study was to analyze the responses of informants about Instagram infographics on Covid-19 prevention for pregnant women. Methods This was a qualitative study that used Rapid Assessment Procedure (RAP) and used pretesting communication theory. The informant selection technique was purposive sampling that consist of three pregnant women as main informants, a midwifery lecturer and a visual graphic designer as key informants. One-to-one pretesting communication procedure was selected because the research was conducted at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, so it had a difficulty in recruiting informants. The interview guideline was conducted by the research team and was examined in a field trial. Data collection was by semi-structured interview using voice call WhatsApp application. Data were analysed using thematic analysis. Results In attraction aspect, this was considered quite interesting by the informants. In comprehension aspect, the messages were easily understood because of using brief, concise, and simple sentences. Furthermore, the messages were supported by images and comprehensive. In acceptance aspect, all the informants’ opinions were identified that the messages of this infographic did not have a conflict with the existing norms. In self-involvement aspect, this infographic was in accordance with the current condition of the informants. In persuasion aspect, it had a good persuasive value as the informants were willing to share the infographic with others. Conclusion The infographic still needed improvements from the attraction aspect such as consider using contrasting colour between the background and text, equalize the font size and change icons to become related to the text. As from the comprehension aspect consider using terms that are more popular in the community. There were no need improvements from acceptance, self-involvement, and persuasion aspects. However, evidence-based research is still needed on how this infographic is developed and implemented to optimize transfer of knowledge.

The changes in the social order of life in the new normal era due to the Covid-19 pandemic have caused various sectors of the work environment to create new habitual adaptation policies so that the service process continues to run well. One method used was to use poster media to be displayed in the office environment as a media for health protocol information. The purpose of this research was to create a poster based on augmented reality videos that were suitable for use as media for information on health protocols in public health centers in Kendari City. The research model for augmented reality media development uses a model developed by Lee & Owens that consists of four stages: assessment/analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Based on the findings in this study, obtaining the media expert's assessment results provided a feasibility level of 91.58%, categorized as very feasible. The tests conducted on material experts obtained a feasibility level of 89.09% that categorized as very feasible. Poster-based on augmented reality videos have been tested on Puskesmas health workers with a mean percentage of assessment of 80.42% that categorized as suitable for use. In comparison, the test results obtained from the public health services visitors obtained a percentage of 81.25% that have been categorized as suitable for use. The tests carried out on all test subjects showed that the poster-based on augmented reality videos was very suitable for use as a health promotion media at Puskesmas in Kendari City.

Abstrak: Tingginya stigma sosial pada pasien COVID-19 dan kendornya penerapan protokol kesehatn di era Pandemi COVID-19 menjadi permasalahan yang serius. Pondok pesantren Tahfidz Qur’an sebagai mitra dalam kegiatan ini, melakukan pembelajaran dengan sistem tatap muka. Permasalahan yang ditemukan di mitra adalah masih kurangnya kesadaran siswa dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan dan munculnya stigma negative pada pasien COVID-19. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah melakukan edukasi (promosi kesehatan) melalui kegiatan penyuluhan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya penerapan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 dan mengurangi stigma sosial pada pasien COVID-19 di Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz Qur’an. Metode penyuluhan melalui media audiovisual digunakan dalam kegiatan ini. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini sebanyak 20 orang. Kegiatan pengabdian berdampak pada meningkatnya pengetahuan peserta tentang pentingnya penerapan protokol kesehatan COVID-19 dan menurunnya stigma sosial terhadap pasien COVID-19 sebesar 11,6%. Pemasangan poster tentang protokol kesehatan pada tempat strategis juga dilakukan di Ponpes Tahfizh Qur’an sebagai pengingat dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan. Kegiatan ini perlu dilakukan secara periodic mengingat pandemic COVID-19 yang belum pasti berakhirnya agar protokol kesehatan dapat selalu dilaksanakan. Diperlukan pembinaan yang periodik dari tenaga kesehatan setempat agar dapat menekan penyebaran COVID-19 melalui kedisplinan dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan di lingkungan pendidikan.Abstract: The high social stigma of COVID-19 patients and the lax implementation of health protocols in the era of the COVID-19 pandemic are serious problems. Tahfidz Qur'an Islamic boarding school, as a partner in this activity, conducts face-to-face learning. The problems found in partners are the lack of awareness of students in implementing health protocols and the emergence of negative stigma in COVID-19 patients. The purpose of the service activity is to provide education (health promotion) through outreach activities to increase knowledge about the importance of implementing the COVID-19 health protocol and reduce social stigma on COVID-19 patients at Tahfidz Qur'an Islamic Boarding School. The extension method through audiovisual media is used in this activity. The number of participants who took part in this activity was 20 people. Service activities have an impact on increasing participants' knowledge about the importance of implementing the COVID-19 health protocol and decreasing social stigma against COVID-19 patients by 11.6%. The installation of posters about health protocols in strategic places was also carried out at the Tahfizh Qur'an Islamic Boarding School as a reminder in the application of health protocols. This activity needs to be carried out periodically considering the COVID-19 pandemic which is not yet certain to end so that health protocols can always be implemented. Periodic coaching from local health workers is needed in order to suppress the spread of COVID-19 through discipline in implementing health protocols in the educational environment.
