Relapsed and Refractory Nodular Lymphocyte‐predominant Hodgkin Lymphoma (Nlphl): A Us Analysis From Md Anderson Cancer Center

Abstract

Introduction:The clinical course and optimal treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory NLPHL is not clearly defined. Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the characteristics and outcomes of patients with relapsed or refractory NLPHL, without histological evidence of transformation at time of first relapse, followed at MDACC between 12/1972 and 12/2018. Results: Forty patients were included in the analysis. At time of initial diagnosis, median age was 34 (range, 15-85), 27 (67%) were male, and 20 (50%) had advanced stage.
