Relapsed Brucellosis Manifested as Endocarditis with Vegetation on the Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator Lead

Abstract: Implantable cardioverter defibrillator lead endocarditis due to Brucella melitensis is a rare and life-threatening complication of brucellosis. Successful management requires a combination of medical treatment and device extraction.
