Abstract:Relapsing polychondritis remains a challenging diagnosis with cartilage inflammation being the hallmark disease pathology. Typical presentations include inflammation of auricular cartilage and joints, although multiple sites can be affected. Symptoms often overlap with other diseases and diagnosis is often delayed.
