PT Perkebunan ABC is always encouraged to be able to achieve targets and increase the productivity of its employees. The problem in this study is whether conflict and work stress affect the performance of PT Perkebunan ABC employees with the hypothesis being conflict and work stress affect the performance of PT Perkebunan ABC employees. The theories used in this study are Human Resource Management (HRM), conflict management and organizational behavior related to conflict, work stress and employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine what factors influence conflict and work stress on the performance of PT Perkebunan ABC employees and formulate managerial policies that can be implied in order to improve employee performance. This research is in the form of correlational research with a research population of 749 people, all of whom are Executive Employees. The analytical method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method. The results showed that conflict was the most dominant factor affecting the performance of PT Perkebunan ABC employees. The conclusion of this study is that the most dominant factor affecting the performance of Executive Employees (Karpel) at PT Perkebunan ABC Asahan is conflict with the magnitude of the influence reaching 91%.

The village of Sugihwaras of Lamongan Regency is an agricultural area where most of the farmers are paddy farmers with female farm workers. One aspect to examine in the area is the role of rural women in agriculture as members of the household, the outpouring of workdays they do for their daily activities, and to what extent this affects their family's farming income. The study aimed to determine the number of working hours and the contribution of female farm labourers to household income. The study employed a simple random sampling of 60 respondents with interview techniques using a questionnaire. The method of analysis was descriptive analysis. The results obtained that the working hours of female farm workers for one year per hectare of the land area were 540 hours, devoted to paddy farming twice annually. The contribution of female farm workers to household income was IDR 1,687,500 per month or IDR48,600,000 per year per hectare, from paddy farming for two growing seasons annually. It is suggested that the amount of working hours and the contribution of female farm workers to household income is very small, so efforts should be made to increase the number of hours they work so that the income they earn can increase. Efforts are being made, namely raising livestock, as well as training in the manufacture of processed by-products of agriculture, for instance by making sweet potato chips and other preparations that can be sold.

The Body Condition Score relates to livestock reproduction, such as estrus, pregnancy, the birth process, and the condition of lambs. If the lamb has a bodyweight exceeding the ideal body weight, the animal will experience reproductive disorders to metabolic diseases. However, if the mother sheep has a body weight less than ideal, it can disrupt the reproductive system, affecting the symbol interval. This research aims to find out the relationship between Body Condition Score and the reproductive performance of sheep in Langkat Regency, namely Service Per Conception and Lambing Interval. The study design is Deskriptif analysis. Research conducted in Langkat Regency, Indonesia, between November 2022 and January 2023.The method used in this research is a case study, namely by collecting primary and secondary data. The observed variables are Body Condition Score (BCS) and Lambing Interval. The results of the study are The value of the Body Condition Score with the Lambing Interval regression equation Y = 15.677-0.818X. (R2) 12.8%. (r) of 0.358. The relationship between Body Condition Score and Calving Interval is positive, with an R2 value of 12.8%. The conclusion of the research is The relationship between the lambs Body Condition Score (BCS) and the Lambing Interval had a good correlation with an average Calving Interval ranging from ≤8 to 9 months.
