Abstract: Purpose: To explore the relationship between burnout, job performance and nurse-patient interaction in Taizhou, China. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was used with a Caring nurse-patient interaction scale, effort/reward imbalance scale, Maslach Burnout Inventory Human Service Survey and self-rated performance scale.
