Relationship between Job Crafting, Work Engagement and Psychological Empowerment in Pakistan

Abstract: The study tests if job crafting could positively stimulate the engagement of work to employees in Pakistan. The relationship between job crafting and work engagement was investigated. In addition, the possible moderating effect of psychological empowerment was taken into account.
