Relationship between Nausea, Vomiting and Helicobacter pylori IgG Seropositivity in Pregnants

Abstract: Helicobacter pylori is a helix-molded gram-negative bacterium. It is a worldwide distribution. In the current study sixty serum samples from a pregnant woman with vomiting and nausea (emesis gravidarum) plus thirty pregnant without vomiting and nausea (control group) done in Kirkuk general hospital were collected to recognize IgG -H. pylori antibody by utilizing Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.
