Relationship between Neonatal Sepsis and Red Blood Cell Distribution Width

Abstract: Recently, studies suggested that Red Blood Cell Distribution Width (RDW) is a useful biomarker of disease in critically ill patients and an increased RDW is an independent predictor of mortality in sepsis.
