The study illustrated that the majorities of the study subjects had a moderate level of knowledge sharing behavior and another study conducted by Yoo, Zhang and Yun (31) who stated that nurses perceived their level of knowledge distribution to be above average Conversely, the previous study finding is in disagreement with the study conducted by Elasid etal (32) who investigated the relationship between organizational commitment and knowledge sharing among staff nurses. This study was conducted at Ain Shams University Hospital and Dar El-Shefa Hospital.…”
