The achievement of badminton athletes at the international level is a complex result of various factors involving physical, technical, tactical, and psychological aspects, as well as environmental support. This study used a systematic review approach to understand the key factors that contribute to badminton athlete achievement. The purpose of this study was to detail and analyze the existing literature to identify the key factors that are significant in improving the performance of badminton athletes at the international level. The selection of articles was done through a thorough search in several significant databases, with strict inclusion criteria to ensure the relevance and quality of the research. Two independent researchers conducted the article selection process to minimize bias. Once the articles were selected, data analysis was undertaken to describe and categorize the key factors identified. The results of this systematic review revealed that physical factors such as general physical condition, strength, explosive power, flexibility, and speed significantly impact badminton athletes' performance. In addition, technical and tactical aspects, such as basic techniques, game tactics, and doubles, also play a crucial role. Psychological characteristics, including motivation, stress management, concentration, and social support, are also factors that cannot be ignored in achieving optimal performance. By detailing these key factors, this study provides an in-depth insight into the complexity of the determinants of badminton athletes' performance at the international level. The implications of these findings provide a basis for coaches and researchers to develop more effective and focused training strategies and stimulate further research to understand the interactions between these factors deeply. Thus, the results of this systematic review can make an essential contribution to the development of the world of training and coaching badminton athletes.

The presented research article is focused on the issue of flow experiencing in elite tennis players and certified project managers. The primary goal of the research is to empirically identify whether there is a significant variance in flow experiencing between elite tennis players and certified project managers. To fulfill the goal of the research, a questionnaire survey is used among elite tennis players representing the Czech and Slovak Republics and certified project managers (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2 certification). The research results showed that there is no significant variance between elite tennis players and certified project managers flow experiencing. This finding is important for the development of managerial skills of project managers who are trying to find the most effective way of using the flow phenomenon to achieve better work performance. After an overall evaluation of both theoretical and our empirical findings, we conclude that phenomenon flow is a dynamic and lively theoretical concept with the potential for further development in areas that are not currently the subject of further research into management use.

This study examines the influence of gender on psychological motivation and effectiveness evaluation among college students to sports adherence. A questionnaire survey involved 782 Chinese college students, 335 males and 447 females. Data were analyzed using multiple regression, revealing the positive impact of psychological motivation and effectiveness evaluation on promoting adherence to sports activities. Findings indicate that gender significantly influences the psychological motivation and effectiveness evaluation that affect students' commitment to physical education and sports. Male students demonstrated greater adherence to sports, driven by socialization and fun motivation, whereas female students prioritized the evaluative aspects of physical appearance and health. These insights underscore the necessity for tailored physical education strategies that cater to the distinct needs of gender-diverse students, thereby fostering ongoing engagement and adherence to physical activities.
