Emilia Erningwati Akoit
Abstract:Objective: Self-efficacy is one aspect predicted to influence the self-management of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (DM) patients. Low self-efficacy will impact DM patients’ motivation to carry out self-care, causing uncontrolled blood glucose levels and decreasing the quality of life. This study aimed to determine the relationship between self-efficacy, self-management, and quality of life in type 2 DM patients using a systematic review.
