Relationships in the Workplace and Occupational Attractiveness Among Students, Teachers and Rangers-Sportsmen

Abstract: Perceived occupational attractiveness could be due to many factors and relationships in the workplace are among them. The questionnaire “Attractiveness of the profession” created by Ivanov (1999) was used to study how relationships in the workplace were related to perceptions of occupational attractiveness among students, teachers and rangers-sportsmen participating in special missions abroad.
