Relaxed Reliable Broadcast for Decentralized Trust

Abstract: Reliable broadcast is a fundamental primitive, widely used as a building block for data replication in distributed systems. Informally, it ensures that system members deliver the same values, even in the presence of equivocating Byzantine participants.
