Reliable Causal Discovery with Improved Exact Search and Weaker Assumptions

Abstract: Many of the causal discovery methods rely on the faithfulness assumption to guarantee asymptotic correctness. However, the assumption can be approximately violated in many ways, leading to sub-optimal solutions.
