Abstract: Purpose: To evaluate the success of using an operating microscope to remove fractured endodontic istruments from root canal systems Patients and Methods: Removal of the fractured instrument from the curved canals was performed on 61 teeth (2016 to 2022) using ultrasound under the imaging of an operating microscope (Carl Zeiss, Germany).
