Abstract: Renal cell carcinoma is the most common type of malignant kidney disease, representing more than 90% of cases. It frequently metastasizes to the lungs, bones, liver and brain. Thyroid and adrenal metastases are rare. In this case report, we present a 64-year-old man with renal cell carcinoma who developed bilateral adrenal metastases three years after right radical nephrectomy and thyroid metastases five years later.
