Abstract: Primary Ewing sarcoma of the kidney (ESK) is a rare and aggressive malignancy often misdiagnosed as renal cell carcinoma (RCC) due to non-specific radiological features. Accurate diagnosis requires histology, immunohistochemistry (IHC) and molecular studies.
