Abstract: Résumé Selon une enquête menée par Oséo en 2006, seule une frange réduite de PME et TPE serait vraiment organisée pour innover. Or, peu de travaux en sciences de gestion ont été menés pour comprendre comment ces PME et TPE arrivent à innover pour rester compétitives. Dès lors, l’objectif de notre travail est de combler partiellement ce manque.
