Représentation des femmes dans les conseils d’administration et performance économique : quels enseignements des PME françaises cotées ?

Abstract: Peu d’études ont examiné la représentation des femmes dans les conseils d’administration (CA). La littérature existante s’est principalement focalisée sur les grandes entreprises. En l’espèce, nous analysons la représentation des femmes au sein des CA et des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) cotées sur Euronext Paris pour la période de 2010 à 2014.
