Abstract:Several obstacles remain for Biomedicine in reusing, disseminating and sharing specialized knowledge for information systems. The Biomedical literature is inherently ambiguous, systems developers suffer from some idiosyncrasy and solipsism, and there is not an unique standard, to mention just a few issues.
