Reproductive outcome after letrozole versus laparoscopic ovarian drilling for clomiphene‐resistant polycystic ovary syndrome

Abstract: Letrozole seems to be a suitable second-line ovulation-inducing alternative to LOD in women with PCOS who do not conceive with clomiphene citrate.
