Repurposing propranolol as an antitumor agent in von Hippel-Lindau disease

Abstract: OBJECTIVEVon Hippel-Lindau disease (VHL) is a tumor predisposition syndrome characterized by CNS hemangioblastomas (HBs) and clear cell renal cell carcinomas (RCCs) due to hypoxia-inducible factor activation (pseudohypoxia).
