Requirement for containing etoposide in the initial treatment of lymphoma associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis

Abstract: Background: Hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) is a severe or even fatal inflammatory status caused by a hereditary or acquired immunoregulatory abnormality.
