Requirements for cows in organization of milk production on the basis of industrial technology

Abstract:The article provides materials on the problems of industrialization of milk production from cows and solutions of these problems. Generations obtained as a result of insemination of Swiss cows bred locally with imported Swiss bulls, the Swiss breed bred locally on the morphological and functional characteristics of the udder outperformed its peers. This, in turn, had a positive effect on the adaptation of cows to machine milking and their milking on the basis of industrial technology.
