Requirements for Relaxation Coaching - A Formalization of the Fogg Behavior Model

Abstract: Relaxation training consists of doing regular (e.g., daily) relaxation exercises over a longer period of time (e.g., months). Adherence to relaxation training is for many people difficult because of time constraints, social obligations, forgetting to practice and so on.
