RescueSNN: enabling reliable executions on spiking neural network accelerators under permanent faults

Abstract: To maximize the performance and energy efficiency of Spiking Neural Network (SNN) processing on resource-constrained embedded systems, specialized hardware accelerators/chips are employed.
