The reading index in Indonesia is still relatively low, so many students are victims of fake news that develops on social media. In addition, students have not been able to utilize digital technology as digital literacy to the fullest, so it has implications for the weakness of knowledge about civic literacy. The research design used is a literature review and the type of qualitative research. The research method is literature, while the data collection technique uses document studies and the data analysis used is content analysis. Civic literacy has an important role in facing the era of society 5.0, with the ability of civic literacy, really helps students to participate in realizing the harmony of the life of the nation and state. Society 5.0 has a formidable challenge for higher education if each lecturer does not equip students with civic literacy skills. Strategies to strengthen civic literacy through digital literacy can be carried out effectively, by implementing varied learning methods and using digital-based learning media. Through this, students will be interested in learning, considering that students are a digital native generation who cannot be separated from digital technology. Strengthening civic literacy is very effective by utilizing digital literacy so that every student can adapt to the times, especially society in the 5.0 era.

Cooperatives as a business entity are expected to have a competitive advantage compared to other business entities, thereby providing optimal service to members. In running this business, cooperatives are companies and organizations, so in carrying out their activities they consistently carry out a cooperative identity. For this reason, this study was conducted to find out how the competitive advantages of cooperatives consistently carry out cooperative identity by using the ICA Grid instrument. This research is a case study and was held in Koperasi Pertenak Sapi Bandung Selatan (The Cooperative of Cattle Farmer in South of Bandung) that cooperatives must have a greater role in their business activities.

This study examines the impact of market mispricing timing on the short-term and long-term performance of acquiring firms in the context of China's capital market. Using a comprehensive dataset of A-share listed companies engaged in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) between 2007 and 2021, we investigate whether M&A activities conducted during periods of market overvaluation lead to enhanced short-term performance while failing to generate sustained long-term benefits. Our findings reveal that acquisitions executed during market overvaluation exhibit significantly improved short-term stock market performance, reflecting the alignment of merger announcements with optimistic investor sentiment. However, such positive effects on short-term performance do not extend to long-term outcomes. The study underscores the critical influence of market timing on the immediate post-acquisition performance of acquiring firms but highlights its limited impact on long-term financial and market performance. These insights contribute to a better understanding of M&A behavior within the Chinese capital market, demonstrating that while capitalizing on market mispricing can yield short-term advantages, sustainable long-term gains hinge on other factors beyond market timing.
